The concert was beyond words, W.A.S.P. was amazing. Dealing with the VIP event and staff was a disappointment. First off, when attending and paying for VIP, you want to feel welcomed. It was inexcusable for staff to not find our names on the list initially, but they did eventually. Yes, you can buy merchandise and take it to your vehicle, but you can't leave the area near the front VIP gate. Trying to get a drink at the VIP lounge was also a hassle, as we were told we needed a bracelet to be there, even though we had paid for VIP access. The staff's solution was to go to the front gate and talk to a guy with a beard who was apparently in charge. The VIP experience was very disappointing. My two cents: create layered VIP options like Silver, Gold, and Platinum for easier understanding by fans and staff. Instead of upselling for VIP perks like parking, lounge access, sound-check, etc., focus on improving customer service by hiring staff who care.
